Qualifications

Because we represent many different owners, our credit score requirement may vary, with the general requirement being 630. We do require a combined income that is at least 3x the monthly rent. We do not approve anyone with any violent crimes, drugs, or theft felonies on their criminal history, or anyone who is a registered sex offender. There can also be no evictions within the last 7 years. Any person/persons applying who do not meet these qualifications, will not be approved.
